Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 1 PM EST are processed same-day. Remote locations may require additional transit time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship Canada-wide to all provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

What is bacteriostatic water used for?

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which prevents bacterial growth. It is commonly used by medical professionals for diluting or dissolving medications for injection.

How should bacteriostatic water be stored?

Bacteriostatic water should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions included with your product.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes. We offer competitive pricing for clinics and high-volume customers. Please contact us at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca to discuss bulk pricing.

Does bacteriostatic water ship with temperature control packaging?

No. This product ships WITHOUT temperature control packaging and is intended to be stored at room temperature per manufacturer's instruction. To limit exposure to extreme temperatures during transit, we recommend selecting Xpresspost delivery at checkout. Replacements and refunds will not be issued for product concerns related to temperature exposure during transit.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products we carry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds as standard practice. At our sole discretion and under reasonable circumstances, we may consider a return for a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to exclusive promotions and makes it easier to track your orders.
