Important - Bacteriostatic & Sterile Water Products

Please note that this product ships WITHOUT temperature control packaging. This item is to be stored at room temperature per manufacturer's instruction. To limit exposure to extreme temperatures that may affect this product while in transit, we recommend choosing Xpresspost delivery when selecting your shipping method.

Please be advised that replacements and refunds will not be issued for any product concerns related to temperature exposure during transit. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 1 PM EST are processed and shipped same-day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship Canada-wide to all provinces and territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

We ship via trusted Canadian carriers. Shipping method and carrier are selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by province. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Delays & Lost Packages

Bacteriostatic Water Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
