By accessing and placing an order through bacteriostatic-water.ca, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any correspondence between you and Bacteriostatic Water Canada.
Products & Intended Use
All products sold by Bacteriostatic Water Canada are intended for use by licensed medical professionals, compounding pharmacies, and qualified practitioners only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate medical or professional use.
Orders & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipping
We ship Canada-wide. Orders placed before 1 PM EST are processed same-day. Bacteriostatic Water Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca and we will make it right.
Limitation of Liability
Bacteriostatic Water Canada shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products purchased through our website. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure products are used in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.

Governing Law
