Returns Policy

Our Policy
Due to the medical nature of the products we distribute, all sales are considered final upon completion of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds as a standard practice. This policy exists to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of all products for every customer.
Exceptions
At our sole discretion and under reasonable circumstances, we may consider accepting a return for a refund or exchange. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Bacteriostatic Water Canada reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos at support@bacteriostatic-water.ca. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Temperature-Related Claims
As outlined in our Shipping Policy, replacements and refunds will not be issued for any product concerns related to temperature exposure during transit. We strongly recommend selecting Xpresspost delivery to minimize transit time and temperature exposure.
